No, we do not allow this simply because each users account is private.

However, you are allowed to share files with anyone you send a public link to. These links are randomly generated which makes it very unlikely that someone will guess them and obtain unwanted access to your files.

Remember you can also password protect and un-share folders in their properties settings.
