Downloading Zip Files
When I download my own zip files from my account onto my computer and then try to extract them, I get an error message saying that there are no files to extract.
Any suggestions?

I just downloaded one of the zips in your account and it opened just fine. Can you tell me what the name of the one you are trying to open is so i can test it?

I attempted to download several files (the day before yesterday) and none of them worked, however when I went back and tried today after reading that you didn't have any problems, they worked just fine. Whatever problem my computer had seems to have resolved itself (at least for the time being).

I'm getting the same problem with ALL of my zipped backup files. All of the zip files say they don't exist or have the wrong url even though i'm looking at them...
