My files gone too ?! WTF ?! Where are they ???

I have all of my files but the files are not in the appropriate subfolders that  created for the files. I took alot of time to organize them before uploading them. The subfolders were fine before the upgrading of the site however after the upgrade the subfolders are empty and all the files have been places in the "Images" folder. I organized the photos by name but now they are mixed up. I want the folders  the way they were before the upgrade. Help me out.

I did check out the link but I do not want all the files in one place rather in their respective subfolders.

I have checked out your files and understand your situation. It seems that most of your files are in their respective folders while others are not.

During the upgrade it seems that your account was partially affected. I'm sorry but we cannot put the affected files in there folders due to the way we've upgraded the database.

I can however put all the affected files in a new folder for you, would you like me to do that?

Yes, I would like the affected files in a new folder. Can you let me know after you done so. Secondly, I would like to know why you guys do not reply back to complaints made by me. I made two complaints and I did not receive anything regarding the complaints. It was by chance that I posted my problem on this forum and thank you for looking into the matter. I had lost hope to receiving any help. Thank You

Alright I've restored all the affected files to a new folder named "Restored Files" let me know if there is anything wrong.

Please make sure you've read http://uploadingit.com/forum/thread/65 and http://uploadingit.com/help/faq

If your files are still missing please remember you must login once every 30 days to keep your files, this does not apply to upgraded accounts.

I've taken a look at your account and there seems to be no files present. I'm afraid that you've exceeded the file expiration as stated on the F.A.Q. page here http://uploadingit.com/help/faq

Here is the exact text as stated on the F.A.Q. page:

"All free accounts have a 30 day idle timeout, this means that if your account is not active for 30 days your files will be deleted. You WILL receive a notification email 5 days before your files expire! To keep your account active you must login at least once(1) every 30 days."

To avoid confusion next time please make sure that you have an active(working and unblocked) email address and you login once every 30 days.

Thanks Alex... but is there any way to have those files. They are very important documents for me and wanted them.

Please check if by any means I can get those files.

Sorry but there is no way to recover deleted files after the expiration date.

I believe there should be some way to get the files from the storage device.
Please help on this....

I am sorry there is no way to retrieve files once they have been deleted from our servers. We do keep backups but your files were deleted too long ago.

Well, your 30 day policy is stupid. I won't even try your service if it has that. Dropbox has no such restriction,

It's not stupid. Why would we keep files around for inactive accounts? That wastes drive space for users who actually have there account active, and it costs money to keep them around even they aren't used.

                                        I really appreciate this site and i even referred this site to so many of my friends to use this when i used it for first time in October or November. I uploaded around 25-30gb of photos of my college days here. I dont have internet access for a month after uploading. After that when i try to open this site i was unable to open it. I googled about this site again around one month back and able to login to this site. But i came to know that all my files are gone and only the empty folders are present.I uploaded photos in 80 subfolders.. I even logged to this site twice since the last month. Is there any possibility to recover my photos.. pls help me..

We're sorry you didn't have internet access for a month although our system deletes based on account activity, which means if there is no activity in your account at all your files will be deleted. I am looking at our records and it seems that is the case. Unfortunately your files were deleted much too long ago to retrieve backups of the deleted files.
